1. A competitive price, for a quantity of 100 or more, must be presented to Galil from a valid published price list, issued within 90 days by a recognized manufacturer of motion controllers.
   
   
2. Only high-performance motion controllers which incorporate the following capabilities are eligible for this program:
   -Every axis must be individually configurable by the user for control of step and servo motors .
   -On-board application program memory with symbolic variables and multitasking
   -On-board linear and true circular interpolation with unlimited segments and continuous motion
   
   
3. The eligible motion controllers must be equivalent; matching exact bus type, number of axes, I/O options and quantity ordered.
   
   
4. The order quantity must be for 100 motion controllers or more, delivered within 12 months from the date of order.
   
   
5. The Galil price guarantee applies to orders placed before December 31, 2008.
