Hi. I'm new to this and I'm trying to interface a force signal (generated by a sensor and then signal conditioned) to the Galil to control motor speed. I have a Galil DMC-2123 with ICM-20100 and DB-28040. Does the input signal get connected to J3 on the DB-28040? Can I use any ground pinon J3? Do J3 pins 13 - 15 require the indicated voltages or are they outputs?

Next, on the ICM-20100 is there a detailed description of the pinouts for J3-J6? I don't understand what each pin represents.

Lastly, is an axis a term for motor?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks Glen.

Thanks also to Karl R. who gave me excellent phone support today.

Once the hardware is finished wiring today or tomorrow morning I may have some software questions.

thanks again,

Mark.

No Prob,
I realize it's a decent qty of reading, but it goes fast and it's all necessary for getting up to speed.
