Hi everyone,
We already use DMC-30000 to adjust the PID coefficients, in our Servo Electro Mechanic Systems. Also we use a different brand motor driver. However we are facing grounding problems (we only guess the problem may be not good grounding). We use analog input of DMC-30000 for Encoder information of Servo Motor. Our grounding design that we already use like this;
all Digital ground and analog ground is connected to negative voltage (V-) of Single Mode Power Supply (SMPS). But when fan, which is in Motor Driver Box, works on to cooling driver, analog input changes immediately. So we can not read correct Encoder value of servo motor. We decided to use 2 SMPS for supply our system. One of them is using analog signals for our systems, and the other one is using digital signals. So we seperate the analog ground and digitial ground. So do you have any grounding idea for usign multiple system such as motor driver with Galil. Or What is the best grounding technique?

Best regards
