It has been a while since the bug report was filed on this issue. What is the status of this bug? Is it ever going to be fixed? Or has it already been fixed and I missed it?
We seem to still be selling a lot of the 3415/1415 boards and are starting to see some issues now connecting to these cards with new faster modern computers. Is this line going to be maintained or has the firmware EOL?
We need to know answers to these questions because we may need to re-engineer this systems and will need to plan for that.
We still like Galil products and plan to use them in the future.

Hi Dean,
We do not currently have plans to release new firmware for the 1415/3415 as we have replaced this controller with the DMC-3x0xx single axis controller. For future applications or retro fits, I would strongly recommend upgrading to this controller as it is lower in cost, has a smaller footprint and offers a slough of new features along with much higher speed.
