Hello!
I'm programing a Galil 2143. I try to switch on a motor with encoder and after 1500 counts, stop it. However the motor doesn�t stop.After it arrives to 1500counts it continues to constant speed.
This is the code:
SH A
PR 1500
BGA (the motor doesn�t stop)
However If I add;
AM
ST A
SH A
then the motor stop.
But I don�t want use AM; ST A; SH A;
Hope someone could help me

What do RPA, TPA and TEA return sometime after you have issued the BGA and the motor should have reached its final position?

You are not getting encoder feedback. Check your encoder wiring.
