Hi, first of all I'm new to galil motion cards and I'm trying to tune a servo motor with the card dmc-1830 using dmc setup parameters software from galil but every time I open it an error occurs and displays the following message:

1 unrecgnized command. commnad in error: AE?

now I have the command reference for the 18x0 cards and doesn't mention it, using the smart terminal the help says that is an unrecognized commmand.

I would appreciate any help, because the motor doesnt move at all, I don't know if it is for that error or maybe I have some other issues.
