This program was created with Visual Basic 6.0 and illustrates the use of Galil's Visual Basic Toolkit. Galil OCXs used to create this example include the DMCShell for simple communication and the DMCPoll to display position.
When a button is pressed the Visual Basic ( VB ) code associated with the button is run. In this case the program code tells the DMCShell to send the commands JG and BG to start the motors running. The text box is used to set the jog speed. Galils polling window objects display the current position of both motors at all times.
