I am using the galil dmc 4020 for the first time and i am unable to get it powered on. I have a 2 pin connector, the board says +20-80 V is the supply range but when I connect this 2 pin connector to a power supply of 20V or above, the source voltage drops by half and shows 10V.
The user manual says on power on a green led is supposed to turn on in my board, alas I am just not able to power the board on itself!

What am i missing?
