Hi good day, I have a team "Galil 1700/1800", I would like to know if I can help.

Puts the zero of reference, my material to manufacturing and run the programm, but at the time that the programm is run, the movement does not return to zero of reference, there is a tenth between the zero of reference and the movement of the machine only in the first movement, in the next movement there is not difference between zero of reference and the movement of the machine.

How can I avoid this gap in the first movement?

Thank you

What is the position error (TE) when the move does not get to the zero reference? If the position error is 0 or close to it, then the controller thinks it is at the commanded position. In this case you are either not commanding motion to the 0 position, or you are seeing something like mechanical backlash.

If the position error is appx what you are seeing in the difference from the zero point, then you need to tune the system.
